Copyright Policy
ModelHub ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website.

DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing with information sufficient to locate it
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Submit DMCA Notice

Response Time
We will review all valid DMCA notices and take appropriate action, typically within 24-48 hours.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content provider or user
- Terminate repeat infringers' accounts in appropriate circumstances
Counter-Notice
If you believe that material you posted was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
- Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction
Important Notice
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether the material infringes your copyright, you should contact an attorney before filing a DMCA notice.
